“The most interesting thing that happened to me is when I had an old client that called me up and said that she had previously had her home inspected. They said there was not a permanent foundation and had no tie downs. She hired me to go out there and inspect it for her. Much to my surprise I found 20 Tie Downs. That really was frightening to see how inexperienced people are and how it helps to get an experienced engineer and inspector team on your side.”
