The Re-Inspection of a Manufactured Home to verify whether or not defects noted in Non-Compliant Foundation Certification has been cured.

*Re-Inspection must be paid at the time the order is placed.

Conventional Loan and Additions Only Certification issued by an Engineer stating whether or not the additions to the home impact the structural integrity of the manufactured home. (This can be issued for an existing Manufactured Home or Newly Installed Manufactured Home). For $200 above the base fee, HRES will expedite order and give it top priority for processing when possible.

Initial HUD 92051 Compliance Inspection. This inspection needs to be completed before the home has been placed upon its foundation.

Schedule a Final HUD 92051 Compliance Inspection (US Department of Housing and Urban Development) performed by our Field Technicians and signed by a Professional Engineer.
