How It Works

Once an order is placed, we start our process of getting it scheduled with our Hayman Engineering Foundation Inspectors Network. After the report is generated, we email a copy directly as soon as the foundation letter is complete. If choosing to pay at closing, a lender guarantee is required. A lender guarantee is our payment protection even if the loan does not go through.

If a non-compliant report is received, the repairs must be made before a compliant report can be issued. The average timeline for the repairs to be made depends on the contractor that is performing the work. Once the work is complete there will be two options for a re-inspection. Either submit pictures of the work and we will revise at no charge or you can schedule a re-inspection for $185 here. The re-inspection will have the same turn-around-time as a new order. If pictures are sent in, we try to review them within a day or two.
